Low Carb Rib Rub

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons splenda granular
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Recipe

  • 1 mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
  • 2 rub meat thoroughly with mixture several hours before using.
