Smokin Turkey & Rice Salad

Ingredients

- 4 cups cooled cooked rice
- 1 cup gouda cheese, shredded (smoked or plain)
- 1 cup smoked turkey breast, chopped
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl toss together the rice, gouda cheese, turkey breast, tomatoes and onion. in a small bowl mix the salad dressing and cilantro. pour over the rice mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
