Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, fat trimmed
- 1 cup yellow onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 place roast in crockpot and add remaining ingredients.
- 2 cook in crockpot on low 6-8 hours, until meat falls apart easily.
- 3 shred and serve.
