Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1 can shrimp
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons chopped onions
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (i prefer monterrey jack)
- 1 cup cooked rice (i use minute rice)
- 2 tablespoons parsley
Recipe
- 1 mix together and put into a 9 x 13 pan.
- 2 sprinkle with paprika.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
