Randi"s Chili

Ingredients
- Servings: 412
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- tomato, petite diced
- 3 tomatoe cans water, added to pot
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 scauce can water, add to pot
- 4 -7 tablespoons chili powder, to taste
- salt and pepper
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed
- kidney bean, rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can beans, rinsed (optional)
Recipe
- 1 brown meat and onions, drain and add to large pot.
- 2 add rest of ingredients and simmer 2 hours.
- 3 before end of 2 hours add rinsed beans.
- 4 optional additions:.
- 5 usually serve id over cooked elbow macaroni (i do not add the macaroni to the pot).
