Roasted Sweet And Sour Chili Ribs (crock Pot Or Oven)

Ingredients

- 3 -4 lbs lamb ribs
- 1 -2 onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 -4 teaspoons chili powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 place the ribs in a large pot and cover with water; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes over medium-high heat.
- 2 place the ribs in a shallow baking pan and sprinkle with onions.
- 3 mix together all sauce ingredients together in a bowl then pour over ribs, turn the ribs to coat in the sauce.
- 4 set oven to 275 degrees (yes that low!).
- 5 bake uncovered for about 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until ribs are tender.
