- 2 (12 ounce) packages imitation crabmeat
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
Recipe
- 1 combine crab flakes with vegetables.
- 2 stir vinegar into mayo.
- 3 add to crab mixture.
- 4 chill.
