Little Less Fat Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 5 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 4 cups frozen tater tots (thawed)
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb turkey breakfast sausage
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 5 tablespoons minced onions
Recipe
- 1 1. mix together the hashbrowns and oil, then press into the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish and bake at 475 for 15 minutes.
- 2 2. meanwhile, beat together the eggwhites, milk and onions.
- 3 3. remove hashbrowns from oven, and turn it down to 350.
- 4 4. layer the meat and cheese on top, pour the egg mixture on top and bake for 30 mins, till the eggs are done.
