Little Less Fat Breakfast Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
  • 4 cups frozen tater tots (thawed)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb turkey breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 5 tablespoons minced onions

Recipe

  • 1 1. mix together the hashbrowns and oil, then press into the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish and bake at 475 for 15 minutes.
  • 2 2. meanwhile, beat together the eggwhites, milk and onions.
  • 3 3. remove hashbrowns from oven, and turn it down to 350.
  • 4 4. layer the meat and cheese on top, pour the egg mixture on top and bake for 30 mins, till the eggs are done.
