Ham With Pineapple Sauce

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked boneless ham (4 to 6 lbs)
  • 3/4 cup water, divided
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups undrained crushed pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon water

Recipe

  • 1 place ham in a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  • 2 bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 to 2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 140 degrees and ham is heated through.
  • 3 meanwhile in a saucepan, combine 1/4 water, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, and pineapple.
  • 4 bring to boil.

  • 6 cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 7 combine cornstarch and remaining water until smooth.
