Ham With Pineapple Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked boneless ham (4 to 6 lbs)
- 3/4 cup water, divided
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 1/2 cups undrained crushed pineapple
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon water
Recipe
- 1 place ham in a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
- 2 bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 to 2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 140 degrees and ham is heated through.
- 3 meanwhile in a saucepan, combine 1/4 water, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, and pineapple.
- 4 bring to boil.
- 5 reduce heat.
- 6 cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 7 combine cornstarch and remaining water until smooth.
- 8 stir into pineapple sauce.
- 9 bring to boil and cook for 2 more minutes or until thickened.
- 10 serve with the ham.
