Sesame Chicken

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size strips
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine flour, salt, pepper.
  • 2 dredge chicken in flour mix, shake off excess.
  • 3 spray skillet with non-stack spray.
  • 4 add chicken to warm skillet and cook till done.
  • 5 transfer to holding plate.
  • 6 reduce heat combine the soy sauce and sugar in skillet and cook until sugar dissolves.
  • 7 stir in sesame seeds and sesame oil.
  • 8 and add chicken to pan to re-heat and coat with sauce.
  • 9 transfer to serving plate and garnish with chives.
