Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size strips
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/4 cup fresh chives (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine flour, salt, pepper.
- 2 dredge chicken in flour mix, shake off excess.
- 3 spray skillet with non-stack spray.
- 4 add chicken to warm skillet and cook till done.
- 5 transfer to holding plate.
- 6 reduce heat combine the soy sauce and sugar in skillet and cook until sugar dissolves.
- 7 stir in sesame seeds and sesame oil.
- 8 and add chicken to pan to re-heat and coat with sauce.
- 9 transfer to serving plate and garnish with chives.
