Sesame Chicken

Ingredients

- 4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced to preference
- flour, mixed with
- salt and pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup flour, mixed with
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- oil (for frying)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chicken stock (bouillon cube with boiling water)
Recipe
- 1 dust chicken with seasoned flour.
- 2 mix beaten eggs with milk.
- 3 dip chicken into this mixture.
- 4 roll chicken in the flour sesame seed mixture.
- 5 fry in oil until light brown and cooked.
- 6 cream sauce: blend flour into the melted butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
- 7 mix together cream, chicken stock and whipping cream.
- 8 gradually add to butter and flour stirring constantly.
- 9 when smooth stir in salt.
- 10 serve sauce with chicken.
