Sesame Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced to preference
  • flour, mixed with
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup flour, mixed with
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • oil (for frying)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chicken stock (bouillon cube with boiling water)

Recipe

  • 1 dust chicken with seasoned flour.
  • 2 mix beaten eggs with milk.
  • 3 dip chicken into this mixture.
  • 4 roll chicken in the flour sesame seed mixture.
  • 5 fry in oil until light brown and cooked.
  • 6 cream sauce: blend flour into the melted butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • 7 mix together cream, chicken stock and whipping cream.
  • 8 gradually add to butter and flour stirring constantly.
  • 9 when smooth stir in salt.
  • 10 serve sauce with chicken.
