Rosemary-baked Chicken With Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary, finely crushed
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarse ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 bone-in pieces chicken (thighs or drumsticks. i prefer drumsticks skinless is optional)
  • 1 1/2 lbs small red potatoes, halved

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425°f mix oil, paprika, rosemary, sea salt, pepper and garlic powder in large bowl.
  • 2 mix the chicken and potatoes in the above mixture. (if you leave the skin on your chicken, make sure to rub some of the mixture inbetween the chicken and skin).
  • 3 place potatoes in a baking pan (9x13 or larger) or casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  • 4 then add chicken to pan and bake 30 - 35 minutes longer until potatoes and chicken are cooked thoroughly.
  • 5 enjoy!
