Skillet Veal Parmesan

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 veal cutlets
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- pepper
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 -2 garlic, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 mix flour, 2 teaspoons italian seasoning, and pepper.
- 2 coat cutlets.
- 3 heat 2 teaspoons oil in non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
- 4 cook veal about 2 minutes.
- 5 remove from skillet, add remaining oil, onion and garlic.
- 6 cook over low heat til onion is crisp.
- 7 stir in sauce, and 2 teaspoons italian seasoning.
- 8 cover and simmer 15- 18 minutes.
- 9 sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- 10 cover and simmer until cheese is melted.
- 11 serve with spaghetti and sprinkle with parmesan.
