Hot Dog Stew

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 6 large potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
• 1 -2 onion, chopped
• 1 (16 ounce) package hot dogs, cut into bite size pieces
• 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
• salt and pepper
• hot sauce

Recipe

• 1 put everything except hot sauce into large pot, cover with water and cook until done.
• 2 may add tomato juice if desired instead of some of the water (i usually do).
• 3 add hot sauce during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
