- 1 (1 lb) bag meatballs
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 2 cups mexican blend cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix tomato sauce, chili powder, and meatballs.
- 2 fill tortillas, place seam side down in baking dish.
- 3 top with enchilada sauce and cheese.
- 4 bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
