Mom's Shish-ka-bob/meat Marinade

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons hot red pepper sauce (optional)
  • chopped green onion

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl or plastic ziploc. add meat and marinade in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
