Sauteed Parmesan Chicken Breasts

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup dry wine
  • 1 cup tomato, coarsely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 cut chicken breasts into strips.
  • 2 put parmesan cheese in a bowl, dredge each strip to coat well.
  • 3 melt butter in skillet.
  • 4 add chicken and cook 1 minute each side over medium heat or until golden.
  • 5 put chicken on warm plate.
  • 6 stir in wine, scrape bottomm of pan and add tomato.
  • 7 cook at medium high heat for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  • 8 salt and pepper to taste.
  • 9 pour onto chicken and serve!
