- 100 g smoked rannoch ham
- 1 large mango, removed from stone and cut into strips
- 125 g mozzarella cheese, cut into strips
- handful basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 whisk together the olive oil, honey and lemon juice to make a dressing.
- 2 combine the mango, mozzarella and basil leaves in a large bowl.
- 3 divide the salad between two bowls, top with the prosciutto slices and serve with the dressing.
