Slow Cooker Chicken In Sour Cream Sauce (crock Pot)

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
• 6 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced

Recipe

• 1 combine the first four ingredients and rub over chicken.
• 2 place chicken in crock pot.
• 3 combine the soup, sour cream, broth and mushrooms.
• 4 pour over chicken.
• 5 cover and cook on low for 4-8 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 170°.
• 6 thicken the sauce if desired.
