Savory Lavender Lamb Chops

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 medium lamb chops or 1 medium lamb tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons marjoram
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons lavender flowers
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 lay lamb in 13x9 baking dish.
  • 2 sprinkle generous amounts of lavender flower, rosemary (preferably ground), marjoram, salt & pepper to taste.
  • 3 drizzle a small amount of honey over the top of the lamb.
  • 4 turn over and repeat the seasoning on the other side.
  • 5 sprinkle a small amount of brown sugar over the top of the lamb before placing into the oven.
  • 6 cook at 35o degrees for about 30-45 minutes depending on the thickness of the lamb.
