Savory Glazed Lamb Chops

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 lamb chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 large onions, thin sliced
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground sage (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 season lamb chops w/s&p.
  • 2 cook chops in oil to almost done, about 4 minutes per side.
  • 3 remove.
  • 4 add onion to pan; cook, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or to golden brown.
  • 5 stir in worcestershire, vinegar, sugar, sage.
  • 6 bring to boil; cook to reduce slightly.
  • 7 return meat; simmer uncovered 2 min till done.
