Ingredients

• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1/8 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 6 chicken drumsticks

Recipe

• 1 mix all marinade ingredients, add meat.
• 2 marinade over night if possible.
• 3 preheat oven to 400
• 4 roast the chicken, uncovered, for 1 hour.
• 5 *this marinade is also delicious on lamb, and even roasted red potatoes.
