Savory Chicken With Peppers

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup beer or 1/2 cup water
  • 2 medium bell peppers, any color, cut into thin bite-size strips

Recipe

  • 1 in 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  • 2 add chicken; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 3 add onion slices; cook 4 to 5 minutes, turning chicken once, until chicken is brown on all sides.
