Paillard Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 2 tablespoons basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients into mini blender and pulse until mixed. serve over your choice of meat.
