- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- cayenne
Recipe
- 1 1. melt butter in a medium sauce pan on med-high heat. wisk in flour, salt, and milk.
- 2 2. add cheese and mix until smooth. add cayenne to enhance color and flavor.
- 3 3. if you want you can add ro*tel and/or taco meat to make a more complete nacho cheese.
- 4 enjoy.
