Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cumin, ground
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons sugar, granulated
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients in a glass bowl. add 4 servings of the meat of your choice (1 lb boneless or 2 lb bone-in). mix to combine, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours (only 30 minutes for seafood or prawns).
