Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup sauerkraut, drained well
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
Recipe
- 1 brown turkey with the onions. salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 stir in sauerkraut and heat through.
- 3 just before serving, stir in sour cream, heat gently.
- 4 serve over 1/2 cup mashed potatoes.
