Smoked Turkey And Asparagus Wrap (south Beach Diet P2)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 small whole wheat tortillas, 6 inch
  • 6 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons stone ground mustard
  • 8 slices smoked turkey breast
  • 8 cooked asparagus spears
  • 1 small tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Recipe

  • 1 lay tortillas flat, and spread with 1/4 of mayonnaise and mustard.
  • 2 top each with turkey, asparagus, and tomato slices.
  • 3 season with salt and pepper to taste and roll up burrito style.
