Ingredients

- 4 small whole wheat tortillas, 6 inch
- 6 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons stone ground mustard
- 8 slices smoked turkey breast
- 8 cooked asparagus spears
- 1 small tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Recipe
- 1 lay tortillas flat, and spread with 1/4 of mayonnaise and mustard.
- 2 top each with turkey, asparagus, and tomato slices.
- 3 season with salt and pepper to taste and roll up burrito style.
