Smucker's Moroccan Chicken

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup smucker's reduced-sugar orange marmalade or 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed (optional)
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 -3 1/2 lbs chicken, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup smucker's reduced-sugar orange marmalade or 1/4 cup apricot preserves
Recipe
- 1 for sauce:.
- 2 mix all ingredients and set aside (to serve at room temperature).
- 3 for chicken:.
- 4 mix first three ingredients to make a rub. rub all over chicken pieces.
- 5 broil skin side down for 15 minutes, turn and broil 15 minutes more, until skin is crisp and juices run clear.
- 6 brush on 1/4 cup low sugar orange marmalade or apricot preserves. broil 2 minutes more.
- 7 serve with sauce.
