Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 8 ounces breakfast sausage, cooked & crumbled
- 20 ounces simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
- 1 cup onion, shredded
- 2 large eggs
- 4 ounces plain yogurt
Recipe
- 1 mix potatoes,shredded onions ,eggs, yogurt & sausage.
- 2 heat & season waffle iron according to manafacturer.
- 3 put 4 ounces potato mixture on each section of waffle iron & cookabout 15-20 minutes until potatoes are crispy & brown.
- 4 put in 250 degree oven while cooking remainder of waffles.
- 5 serve with topping of your choice.
