Simple Waffle Breakfast #5fix

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 ounces breakfast sausage, cooked & crumbled
  • 20 ounces simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup onion, shredded
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 ounces plain yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 mix potatoes,shredded onions ,eggs, yogurt & sausage.
  • 2 heat & season waffle iron according to manafacturer.
  • 3 put 4 ounces potato mixture on each section of waffle iron & cookabout 15-20 minutes until potatoes are crispy & brown.
  • 4 put in 250 degree oven while cooking remainder of waffles.
  • 5 serve with topping of your choice.
