Rosemary Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 1/2 lbs chicken wings (about 12)
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat broiler.
- 2 in a small saucepan over low heat,heat butter until melted.
- 3 stir in parsley, lemon juice, rosemary and paprika.
- 4 arrange wings in broiler pan,brush with some butter mixture, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- 5 broil wings about 7-9 inches from the heat for 10 minutes. turn wings over; brush with remaining butter mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 6 broil 10 more minutes or until wings are tender (i like them browned and crispy).
