Rosemary Chicken And Potatoes

Ingredients

- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 teaspoon season salt
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 if chicken breasts are large, cut them in half for faster cooking.
- 2 place chicken and potatoes in 9x11 pan.
- 3 sprinkle season salt, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper on top.
- 4 dot top with butter or margarine.
- 5 cover with foil.
- 6 bake at 375°f for 1 hour.
- 7 uncover and sprinkle with parmesan.
- 8 broil for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
