Rosemary Chicken And Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 boneless chicken breasts
  • 5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 if chicken breasts are large, cut them in half for faster cooking.
  • 2 place chicken and potatoes in 9x11 pan.
  • 3 sprinkle season salt, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper on top.
  • 4 dot top with butter or margarine.
  • 5 cover with foil.
  • 6 bake at 375°f for 1 hour.
  • 7 uncover and sprinkle with parmesan.
  • 8 broil for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
