Jack Daniels Meat Sauce Or Glaze

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup jack daniels whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard

Recipe

  • 1 put all the ingredients into a small saucepan and heat over a medium heat until the jam is liquified and the mixture begins to become like syrup.
  • 2 you might want to stir this mixture to make sure it doesn't stick or burn because of the high sugar content.
  • 3 baste ham during the baking process and pour some of the glaze up into a bowl to use as a sauce on the side.
