Hash Brown Quiche

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 cups frozen loose-pack shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup diced ham, sausage, bacon (cooked)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 press hashbrowns between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- 2 press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie plate.
- 3 drizzle with butter.
- 4 bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
- 5 combine ham, cheese, onion, pepper; spoon over crust.
- 6 beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- 7 pour over all.
- 8 reduce heat to 350 degrees; bake 25-30 minutes or until center is done.
- 9 allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
