Hash Brown Quiche

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups frozen loose-pack shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup diced ham, sausage, bacon (cooked)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 press hashbrowns between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • 2 press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie plate.
  • 3 drizzle with butter.
  • 4 bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • 5 combine ham, cheese, onion, pepper; spoon over crust.
  • 6 beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  • 7 pour over all.
  • 8 reduce heat to 350 degrees; bake 25-30 minutes or until center is done.
  • 9 allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
