- 400 g skinless chicken breasts
- 1 -2 tablespoon salt
- 1 -2 tablespoon pepper

- vegetable oil, for frying
- plain flour, for dredging
Recipe
- 1 use a meat hammer to slightly flatten the chicken breast.
