Polynesian Chicken

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 star anise
  • 2 tablespoons peeled and grated fresh ginger
  • 10 green onions, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
  • 2 in a large baking dish, mix the diced chicken, soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, star anise, and ginger. bake for 35 minutes.
  • 3 sprinkle green onion and cilantro over top and serve.
