- 8 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 (12 ounce) can luncheon meat, diced
- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs with milk until fluffy.
- 2 add remaining ingredients except butter.
- 3 melt butter in skillet.
- 4 pour mixture into skillet.
- 5 cook over low heat five minutes or until firm and slightly brown on bottom.
