Roasted Chicken, Cheddar And Bacon Tacos

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups diced roasted chicken, warmed
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 8 flour tortillas, skillet-warmed (6-8 inch diameter)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 lime, juice of

Recipe

  • 1 mexican sauce: in a small bowl, combine mayo, yogurt, and lime juice; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or for up to 24 hours.
  • 2 tacos: in a large bowl, combine warm chicken and salt.
  • 3 to build tacos, divide chicken evenly among tortillas.
  • 4 top with cheese, bacon, and lettuce.
  • 5 drizzle with mexican sauce; fold tortillas in half.
