Shish Kabob Marinade

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/3 lemon juice
- 2 -3 lbs favorite cut beef, in 1-inch cubes
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients (except for the meat and veggies) in a large ziplock bag and shake to mix.
- 2 add your beef and favorite vegetables, cubed(peppers, mushrooms, onion, cherry tomatoes, etc.). mix well.
- 3 marinate four hours or overnight.
- 4 thread beef and vegetables onto skewers and grill 7 minutes per side over medium to medium-low heat.
