- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dried apricot
- 1/2 cup apple, chunks
- 1 cup peas
- 1/4 cup barley
- salt, to taste
- ginger powder, to taste
Recipe
- 1 simmer chicken broth, apricots and apples for 45 minutes.
- 2 add peas and barley and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 3 add salt to taste and ginger to taste and serve.
