- 1 lb boneless lamb tenderloin
- 8 ounces cooked angel hair pasta
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a large non-stick skillet.
- 2 chop lamb and brown in the skillet until the lamb is done.
- 3 add the broccoli and seasonings. cook until broccoli is heated through. toss with the cooked pasta.
