Rosemary Chicken

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dry wine
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  • 2 sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper add chicken to pan cook 3 minutes on each side.
  • 3 add green onions,wine and rosemary, cook 30 seconds, stir in broth, cook 2 minutes.
  • 4 add half and half, cook 2 minutes.
