Roast Pepper And Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 3 chicken legs
  • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow or green)
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 roast the peppers and cover them with a clean towel when done. when soft, peel the skin and slice them. keep the juice too.
  • 2 fry the chicken legs and add garlic.
