Roast Honey Chicken With Apple Cream Sauce

Ingredients

- 4 chicken pieces, maryland
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/4 cup apple cider
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 green apple, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 2 tablespoons brandy
Recipe
- 1 place honey, cider, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- 2 beat well until combined.
