Meat Lover's Omelet

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup ham, cooked and chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in small bowl, combine eggs and pepper, whisking to beat well.
  • 2 in a 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat, rotating pan to coat bottom.
  • 3 add egg mixture.
  • 4 as eggs begin to cook, gently lift edges with a spatula and tilt pan so uncooked portion flows underneath.
  • 5 cook for 3-4 minutes, or until just set.
  • 6 sprinkle cheese, bacon, sausage and ham evenly onto half of omelet.
  • 7 fold omelet in half.
  • 8 cook for 1 minute, or until cheese is melted.
  • 9 serve immediately.
