Moroccan Dry Rub

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • 2 rub into the meat of your choice before roasting, broiling or grilling.
