Smoky Beer Chicken Balls

Ingredients

- 300 g chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup beer
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- oil, to deep fry
Recipe
- 1 heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok or fry pan and cook chicken until lightly browned and cooked through.
- 2 combine beer, flour, egg, liquid smoke, baking powder and pepper in a small bowl and mix well.
- 3 dip chicken pieces in batter mix and deep fry in hot oil a few at a time until light brown and crispy.
